Terms and Conditions

• We are not responsible for any load once the load has reached the destination and is altered by the customer (for example, adding water to the ready mix, adding color to the ready mix, or adding any type of chemical mixture). Once the load has been altered by the customer, no refund will be available.
• Cancellations need to be notified 4 hours prior to pour for that day. Failure to do so may result in a non-refund.
• J&J reserves the right to remove the truck from the job site after 180 minutes due to ready mix hardening in the truck.
• All users must be 18 or older to be able to order ready Mix concrete
• J&J concrete material reserves the right to all the materials use on this website and cannot be duplicated for any other purposes.
• J&J Concrete reserves the right to terminate or modify any account due to unsafe act or negligence of customer on job site.
• Towing fee may apply to customer if ready mixer truck is guided it into unsafe, unlevel, or un sturdy terrain by customer And is not able to maneuver out.
• J&J Concrete assumes no liability for the actions of the customer with pouring of the Readymix concrete.
